The terms that govern your use of our website.
Last updated: July 27, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the rezolveit.io website and of RezolveIT's managed cloud service, trials included (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the organization you represent. If you have a signed agreement with RezolveIT, that agreement prevails where the two conflict.
RezolveIT is a service-management platform covering IT, HR, portfolio, asset, security and customer service workflows, with built-in AI assistance. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its term.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Trial workspaces are provided free for evaluation, for the period shown at sign-up; when a trial ends we may suspend and, after a reasonable wind-down period, delete the workspace and its data. Keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you before that happens.
Data you or your users put into a RezolveIT instance ("Customer Data") is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display it in order to provide the Service. We process personal data in Customer Data on your behalf and under your instructions. OurPrivacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website itself.
AI Assist and the "Ask AI" assistant generate content with machine-learning models — from providers whose keys you supply, or ones we configure. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; review it before relying on it, especially for decisions with legal, financial or security consequences. You are responsible for how AI output is used in your organization.
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, probe or disrupt the Service or others' systems, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. Don't resell the Service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Paid plans are billed as agreed at purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We'll give you reasonable notice of price changes, which take effect at your next renewal.
We retain all rights in the Service and our brand. Open-source components of RezolveIT remain governed by their respective open-source licenses. You may give us feedback; we may use it without obligation.
The Service interoperates with third-party products (identity providers, AI providers, automation tools, messaging platforms). Those products are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or US$100 for free use). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Either party may terminate for material breach that isn't cured within 30 days of notice. On termination we'll make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it will be deleted from active systems.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be notified on this page or by email. Questions?
