How we handle information collected through our website.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit rezolveit.io, contact us, start a trial, or use our managed cloud, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the sign-up and trial flows we operate; a customer's own use of a RezolveIT instance is governed by that customer's agreement with us.
Information you give us. When you fill in a contact, demo or trial form we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email, company, phone number and anything you write in a message. When you create a trial workspace we also collect the workspace name you choose and the authentication identifiers needed to sign you in.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, collected through cookies and similar technologies. We use this to keep the site working, measure what content is useful, and protect against abuse. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
AI features. Questions you type into the "Ask AI" assistant are processed to generate an answer grounded in our published documentation, and may be handled by the AI provider configured for the service. Don't include personal or confidential information in assistant questions.
We use the information above to respond to your requests and provide demos and trials; to operate, secure and improve the website and the service; to send product updates or marketing where you've agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time); and to meet our legal obligations. We do notsell your personal data, and we don't use customer data from managed instances to train AI models.
Where laws such as the GDPR or Israel's Privacy Protection Law apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing a trial or service you asked for), legitimate interests (site security, improving our product, responding to enquiries), consent (non-essential cookies, marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and the service — such as cloud hosting and databases, analytics, email delivery and, for AI features, the AI providers that process assistant requests — under agreements that limit what they may do with it. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data.
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect transferred data.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, contact-form details for as long as we're in an active conversation with you, and trial account data for the life of the trial plus a short wind-down period — unless a longer period is required by law.
We protect data with measures that include encryption in transit, encryption of stored secrets, role-based and row-level access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information in line with industry practice.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@rezolveit.io — we'll respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Our website and service are intended for business use and not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
